Departure
Truck, AVIA U3, or AVIA EX MARKA — based on your chosen tariff. Cargo travels from Istanbul to Moscow.
Customs
We handle customs clearance and declaration. No additional documents required from you.
Handover in Moscow
Arrival notification. Self-pickup from the Yuzhnoportovaya warehouse or courier delivery within Moscow (on request).

We arrange freight from Turkey to Russia two ways: road (truck, 14–18 days, the most affordable tariff from $4/kg) and air (3–8 days, for urgent shipments). Road suits large batches of textiles and footwear; air is best when speed matters. Both include customs clearance and delivery to the Moscow warehouse.

How much does cargo from Turkey to Russia cost?+
Cost depends on the shipping method. Road tariff AVTO EXPRESS — $4 per kg, 14-18 days. Air tariff AVIA U3 — $8.5 per kg, 4-5 days. Premium air AVIA EX MARKA — $10 per kg, 3-4 days. Minimum shipment weight is 10 kg.
How long does delivery from Turkey to Russia take?+
Road: 14-18 days. Air U3: 4-5 days. Air EX MARKA: 3-4 days. The timer starts when cargo is accepted at the Istanbul warehouse and ends at handover from the Moscow warehouse.
Where is the Russian warehouse located?+
The RENEXPRESS Moscow warehouse is at ul. Yuzhnoportovaya 7a, bldg 2, warehouse 8, gate 1. Open Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00. Cargo can be picked up directly.
What documents are required for shipping?+
From the sender: a photo of the goods, description, weight, and recipient contacts. Customs clearance is handled by RENEXPRESS — no separate paperwork from you. For individuals receiving goods, a passport is required at handover.
What types of cargo are accepted?+
Accepted: home and branded textiles, new and used clothing, Turkish-made footwear, branded and used shoes. Prohibited: weapons, medicines, perishables, hazardous goods (per IATA list).
Can I track my shipment?+
Yes. In the RENEXPRESS mobile app (iOS) you can see real-time status: "Accepted at warehouse", "In transit", "At customs", "Arrived in Moscow", "Ready for pickup".
